The invention of Radio: Bose vs Marconi

The original inventor of radio finally got the credit he deserved. He recognized that he deserved to be robbed, the grandson of the Guglielmo Marconi. The invention of radio can be difficult to understand in its full importance. But if it is said, the debate over who is the original and main technological inventor of today’s Wi-Fi is — then? So let’s discuss today the inventor of radio. What do you think, Marcorni or jagadish?

Invention of Radio

In 1901, Marconi sent the first wireless signal across the Atlantic and received a counter signal. Probably earlier in the year 1899, Marconi contacted Jagadish Chandra Bose of Bengal. But this information is given by Parshesche Marconi, Marconi’s grandson himself. In the words of his face, ‘We have not found any document of this communication yet, but its process is under way.’ So he told this information in a speech organized by the Bose Institute on the birth anniversary of Jagadish Chandra Bose on November 2018. And the subject of the lecture was also appropriate – ‘Marconi, Basu and the telecommunications revolution’.

Bose science temple

He came to Calcutta in 2006 and went to the Bose science temple. There he saw the piece that his grandfather used to send radio signals over the Atlantic. The name of the device is a detector or a kohler. Without this, there was no chance of his test would not have been successful. Marconi, after his success, did not openly state that he used Jagdish Bose’s customer device to capture the Atlantic wave. Again, the article that Basu told about at the Royal Society in London in 1899, was mysteriously lost (Invention of radio). “I am not surprised at all the recent information about Marconi,” said Umberto Colombo. He is a professor of chemical engineering, himself a former Italian science and technology minister. And such discussions were always taking place in the respective palaces. If there is evidence that a qualified person is deprived of the entitlement, it must be brought publicly.’

An information was reported in The Telegraph’s October 31,1997’s report. A search by the US-based Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineering revealed that Jagdish Bose, the inventor of the detector used by Marconi. The organization called Basu the father of radio science and this is how invention of radio people saw.

On the website of the Marconi International Fellowship Foundation, grandson Marconi admits that his grandfather, Marconi, ‘didn’t actually discover anything new … its use was new. He used old ideas and techniques for very practical applications … He was not a great scientist … but he had the foresight to see the commercial potential of wireless telegraphy.”

Childhood of Jagadish Chandra Bose

Bose was also a different kind of person. It is only natural in the world that where the multi-talented person Leonardo Vinci only known as paitner, there Jagadish Bose only known scientist. except to call physicists, botanists, archaeologists, literature.

Bose was born on November 30, 1858 in Bikrampur, Bangladesh. His father was a government servant. But admit the boy to establish himself in the Bengali school. In his speech at the Vikrampur meeting of the year 1915, he was sitting in school with his father peon’s muslim boy and fisharman’s boy besides him. The story of the birds, the beasts of their mouths, was the seed of his future interest in nature. He returns from school with his friends. His mother used to sit and feed everyone.

Jagadish Chandra Bose started working as a physics teacher at Presidency College, returning from London in 1885. He was paid one third of the English people in the same position. For three years he did not get paid to protest. In the fourth year, the authorities were forced to change the rules. After 10 years of returning home, he used the radio waves to display the first radio communication. And that was two years before Marconi’s announcement. (Invention of radio) He said the possibility of electromagnetic waves coming out of the sun. Many years later in 1944 it is found to be true.

Life in Plants

When Jagadish Bose invented the life of the plant, European scientists did not want to accept such a big claim from the brown native. In England, the disciples directly opposed him. Receiving that news letter, on September 17,1900, Rabindranath wrote, ‘Declare war. Do not indulge anyone — who will not surrender to the unlucky, will burn their mercilessly in the old courtyard of Lord Roberts.

Radio Wave (Invention of Radio)

The originator of today’s Wi-Fi technology, he was opposed to using any of his inventions for commercial purposes. Like the open source software of today, he was biased in exposing his discoveries to the welfare of all people.

When Jagdish Bose discovered the low energy radio wave at his own expense, the marconi was followed by a purely commercial purpose. His client was the British Postal Service.

Jagadish Bose felt a fascination with rhetorical pleasures towards science because of his education and philosophy. To him, science was a way of human welfare. In a singular way, as we say, the inventor of the radio is Marconi or Basu, but science does not proceed. For many people, in the course of many years, an invention becomes a reality. There is no doubt that Jagadish Bose deserves the place on that invention of radio today.

  1. I?ve been browsing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be a lot more useful than ever before.
